BARRE

 

A barre workout is done directing your focus inward while using your own body weight for resistance and with a concentration on posture, alignment, and core strengthening.

Using a variety of isometrics, interval training, free weights, resistance bands and other props, along with a wall-mounted bar for balancing and stretching.  Translation: flat stomach, tight glutes, and toned limbs.  This challenging, total-body workout will work your muscles to shaking fatigue, strengthen your bones and increase your metabolic rate.  Translation: you will burn more fat and improve your lean muscle mass. A barre workout improves flexibility while strengthening, which offers highly effective results for sports conditioning, injury prevention, balance, and coordination.  The barre workout will always challenge you, which means it will continue to produce results.
