Simple Overnight Oats (From Windham Wellness Retreat Weekend 2023)


1/2 cup rolled oats

2 tsp chia seed

2 tsp hemp hearts

2/3 cup any milk of choice (almond/cashew/oat/cows

Mix in small jar, cover overnight.

Optional to add a sprinkle of cinnamon and a drop or two of vanilla extract

Before serving add toppings of choice
